How To Do Thigh Taps In A Plank / Push-Up Position

Thigh taps in a plank or push-up position is a great exercise to work your core muscles and improve your balance.

To perform a plank thigh tap:

  • While in a plank position with your arms fully extended, lift one hand and tap the outside of your thigh (same side as the hand that is lifted)
  • Return your hand to the ground, lift your other hand up and tap your other thigh (same side as the hand that is lifted)
  • Repeat
